This piece was made to explore stability. With an extreme height for its scale, this ladder, which was stable at it's base, becoming unnervingly unstable the higher it went. The uncomfortable prospect of using a precarious ladder of this proportion, would result in it's collapse, which took the work into the realm of the absurd.
